Roots & Revelry
One thing that sets Thomas Jefferson Tower apart is our in-house restaurant, Roots & Revelry. A fun, energetic tribute to American Cuisine, Roots & Revelry is operated by Birmingham chef and restaurateur Brandon Cain of Saw’s Soul Kitchen and Post Office Pies in Avondale. Roots & Revelry features an ever-evolving menu of modern classics. Located on the historic Thomas Jefferson Tower's second floor, dining at Roots & Revelry isn't just a meal, it's an experience. Come and sample the delicious fare, enjoy the stunning views from our terrace, and take a tour of our gorgeous model apartment home while you're here.
The restaurant does not have a private dining room but can be closed for private events it is roughly 90-140 seats depending on set-up. We can provide pricing for a restaurant buy-out with a date and time provided.
The Parlor is booked based on a Food & Beverage minimum. Our parlor space is a capacity of 60 seated and 125 for reception.
Sunday- Thursday Daytime: $900 F&B Minimum
Friday- Saturday Daytime: $1500 F&B Minimum
The Terrace is based on a Food & Beverage minimum plus a flat rental rate of $350.00
The terrace has a capacity of 40 seated and 65 for reception style. It can also be rented for private events
Sunday- Thursday Daytime: $1000 F&B Minimum
Friday- Saturday Daytime: $2000 F&B Minimum
